Blair English

Blair English began her golf journey with G.O.L.F. 3:16 at the age of 10. After graduating from the program at 14, she has returned every year as a dedicated volunteer. Driven by a passion for uplifting others, Blair has always strived to be a force for positive change—demonstrating the importance of treating all people with respect and equality.
This fall, Blair will attend the University of Texas at Austin, where she will pursue a double major in International Studies and African American Studies.

Zion

Harrison

Harrison is currently on the Junior Varsity football team as a wide receiver at Rockhill High School in Frisco, TX. He’s also part of the track team, running the 200m, 4×100, and last year, his team broke the school record for the 4×200. He’s a Teen member of the Far North Dallas Chapter of Jack and Jill, where he serves as Parliamentarian, and he’s also a Teen member of the Frisco Alumni Chapter Kappa League.

Alex

Alex is currently a sophomore at Texas A&M University, majoring in psychology with a minor in gender health on the pre-med track. She’s active on campus, especially in her favorite organization, Honors where she engages in activities focused on academic excellence, leadership, and community service! After graduating, she hopes to attend med school and go into cosmetic dermatology!

Kiara

Since the June 2021 end of year event, Kiara utilized the GolfTec lessons and started playing competitive rounds with US KIDS and PGA Jr League.  In January of 2023 she started her regular coaching with J. Anders at BCC.  Continuing to play Jr. league and making the All Star team both in 2023 and 2024, now regularly playing NTPGA All American Tour events as well as US Kids Invitationals.  Now in 7th grade at Hockaday, Kiara continuously uses her lessons from G.O.L.F. 316 in both the classroom and at the golf course as she consistently works towards the principles from G.O.L.F. 316.

Kennedy

Kennedy is a junior majoring in Animal Science. She currently attends Tuskegee University where she is involved in many organizations on campus. She is apart of Next Step Up, which is a mentoring program for high school students. She is also involved in Students in Animal Care and Rescue, which is a volunteering organization that helps animals in shelters. Kennedy is a member of the Gamma Kappa Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. After college she plans to attend veterinary school to attain her DVM!

Lindsey

Lindsey is a dedicated sophomore at the University of North Texas, where she is majoring in Psychology with a minor in Counseling. Passionate about helping others, Lindsey is actively involved with her local church through Campus Outreach, where she invests time in both spiritual growth and community service. With a strong desire to support the mental and emotional well-being of young people, she plans to attend graduate school after completing her undergraduate studies. Her goal is to earn a Master’s degree and become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and School Counselor, focusing on guiding students through their academic and personal challenges. Lindsey is committed to making a positive impact in her community by blending her faith and expertise in psychology to support others.

Ryan

Ryan recently earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University. During his time at SMU, he was an active leader on campus, serving on the Executive Board of the SMU Chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) where he is still volunteering and mentoring Junior students. He also dedicated three years to mentoring SMU Engineering students. Ryan will continue his academic journey at the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering, where he plans to pursue a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering.

Caleb

Caleb is a senior majoring in Accounting at the University of Arkansas. He is an active member of the campus Finance Club, where he mentors and supports fellow students in their professional development. This summer, Caleb will join JPMorganChase as a Middle Market Banking intern. Following his graduation in December, he is set to begin an audit internship with Grant Thornton. Caleb is passionate about helping others succeed in their professional journeys and dedicates much of his time to this mission.

Sydney

As a student at Reedy High School in Frisco, Sydney looked forward to G.O.L.F. 3:16 every week. She enjoyed staying on top of her Bible verses and fully engaging with the lessons. Her golf skills developed quickly, and with the support of dedicated coaches and mentors, she was able to make the Reedy High School golf team and compete on the varsity level all four years.

Now set to graduate in May, she will major in Animal Science Pre-Veterinary at Tuskegee University. Though these final high school moments are bittersweet, she is excited for the next chapter ahead!

Kaleigh

Kaleigh looked forward to G.O.L.F. 3:16 every week. She loved growing both in her faith and her golf skills, learning valuable lessons about perseverance, leadership, and teamwork along the way. Through the support of mentors and coaches, she gained confidence both on and off the course.

Now in college at The University of Oklahoma, Kaleigh continues to live out the values she learned. She serves on the Development Team for The University of Oklahoma’s Food Pantry, helping to fight food insecurity on campus, and is the Event Coordinator for Getting to the Root, an organization dedicated to promoting mental health and wellness.

Kaleigh is majoring in Dental Hygiene with a minor in Psychology and is passionate about combining her love for healthcare and service to make a difference in the lives of others. She is excited for everything God has in store for this next season!
